Due to the safety concern of hygiene products, we only accept return or exchange of unopened products in original seal or products with defects, within 15-days since delivery. We don’t charge re-stock fee, but a 3% payment processing fee will be charged from the return amount.
If you are not sure whether the product can meet your requirement, do NOT open the package and please ask for a sample.
- For delivery order: please request a sample when delivery person contact you
- For shipping order: after you place the order, please call or email us to request a sample to be shipped along with the package
If you need to return an unopened product, please contact us at 832-643-4891 or email email@example.com to request return. Shipping and delivery cost is non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for any cost occurred during return process (3% processing fee, shipping cost, and etc.).
